A nice hotel close to the beach. We had a balcony with view over the sea. Nice breakfast were the waiters learned that we wanted cappuccino so we didn’t have to order. Lots to choose from at breakfast. Nice, friendly staff! The pool was small and in the afternoon just for adults and no for free. So we skipped the pool. Beach 67 with Tortuga beach restaurant and sun beds was perfect! Discount if you paid at the hotell. Really nice food and beverage at Tortuga! We loved our stay at Rimini! We can also recommend dinner at Ostera de Borg (old city) and at Thomas (close to the hotel)"

You will not be well rested on the ground floor. I can see another review which mentions this problem too. All day and night I hear the conversations happening in reception as it is right outside. Also the music - when I asked for this to be turned off the reception did so then switched it back on. Bearing in mind 9:30pm and I wanted to sleep - I requested it be turned off again and she turned the volume down in front of me to then say there was no music in the first place and that it wasn't her music. This is extremely misleading and has made me feel uncomfortable so now I don't feel able to raise issues again. I chose this hotel for the spa but it is closed today (this is free before 3pm and chargeable after in case anyone is wondering). Hopefully I can use it tomorrow morning. Otherwise the hotel room is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is free and had good variety. Unfortunately the lack of peace to rest after a day of exploring ruins the experience and I will be glad to leave so I can get a good night's sleep. ----- An update. The sauna and steam room are not turned on. The jacuzzi is lukewarm (also mentioned in a previous review. There is nobody here to request help. I wish I saw these reviews previously. This is not a 4 star hotel by any means."

Our vacation ended before it even began. We experienced extremely unclear and contradictory communication regarding our reservation. In different messages we received completely different information about the room category, room size, number of guests allowed and additional charges. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, the administration repeatedly insisted that we should simply cancel the reservation if we were not satisfied, rather than helping to clarify or solve the problem. The communication felt dismissive and aggressive, and at no point did we receive a clear and reliable explanation that would allow us to feel secure about our stay. The rooms were not simply reserved — they had already been paid for. However, after the administration demanded that we cancel the booking ourselves, we were placed in a situation where we also had to wait an unknown number of days for the refund of a significant amount of money. Because of this situation, we lost a significant amount of time, energy and money. Transportation tickets had already been purchased in advance, and by the time we were forced to look for accommodation elsewhere, prices for hotels of the same category had increased considerably due to the lost time and proximity of the travel dates. Other travelers connected to our group also lost confidence in the reservation process because of the inconsistent information and uncertainty surrounding the booking. We would strongly advise other travelers to think twice before booking this hotel. Unfortunately, the situation created the impression that the management was more interested in reselling rooms at higher prices than in honestly resolving customer concerns and honoring the original reservation conditions. Unfortunately, what should have been a relaxing holiday turned into stress, confusion and financial losses before the trip had even started."

As we stepped in we directly remarked the unfriendliness of the staff. The rooms are disappointing and if you we looking for a relaxing stay, please avoid as the noise is more than present. The roof top looks nice on pictures but it is as disappointing as the rooms."
