"I would not recommend this hotel. For anyone considering it read on and make your own decision.

All inclusive: No, it isn't. If you've booked a stay expecting this, then sadly you've missed the small print (like many, many guests who all had a nasty surprise when, whilst hot and thirsty, approached the bar hopeful of their first delicious inclusive cocktail). Hidden away is their policy, which tells you that the only free drinks are beer (watered down), syrupy soft drinks (far too sweet), water (by the glass - small), no-name brandy and ouzo and maybe coffee. You'll see the laminated menus on the bar which will let you know that that G&T you fancy is about 8 Euros. Additionally, don't expect to be given any bottled water - you'll buy this yourself from the little shop within the hotel area. If you’re not a night owl, this also perfect as the bar will shut at 10pm. Rooms: Pretty shocking. Does anyone remember the 1980s UK TV series The Young Ones? If so, yeah, you’ll see where I’m going. On arrival we were welcomed by ants all over the room. Sadly, they partied on there for the duration of our stay. The bed sheets/pillow cases were not changed at all. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. That made for interesting times. The cleaners did nothing other than sweep the floor – the bathroom was not cleaned in any way, shape or fashion. If you leave a towel on the floor, that’s where it’s staying! It was nice to see that the cleaning staff also left their cloths on our table one day too. They were mixing it up for us. Thankfully the room did have air conditioning which was useful given the 39 degree heat. Sadly, it only works with your key fob in the room slot provided which powers the room. So, be prepared to enter a sauna as soon as you return from anywhere outside your room. It’s ok though, as the room will cool down after about an hour or so of you dripping sweat everywhere. Where it’s feasible, try not to use the toilet too much to void yourself of any of the food that you managed to eat – your toilet paper won’t be replaced. Helpfully, the hotel has some sweat cubicles outside which are labelled as toilets, so you can go there, take some toilet rolls and take them back to your room. Hurrah! Food: Well, do you remember school dinners with fondness? I guess it depends where you went to school. If you have a hankering for tinned fruit, soggy vegetables, bland processed meats and cheap pasta with coloured sauces you’ll love this. If you also like your food very salty or sickly sweet you’ll be in heaven. There’s an added bonus in that you will never burn your mouth with hot food; even if you’re the first in the restaurant, the cooked food is nice and lukewarm. A great option for anyone staying is to actually leave the hotel, go on the main road and eat absolutely anywhere else. However, standard things like paying for your meal and beverages at decent restaurants will now apply, which is probably not what you were aiming for when you booked ‘all inclusive’. Pool: Don’t be fooled by any pictures on their own website as they’re out of date. There is one tiny pool now – more of a paddling pool. Helpfully, you can use it strictly between 10am and 6pm. Again, if you want to be shoulder to shoulder with other folk and share the experience you’ll be pretty pleased. Human soup sort of sums that up. Facilities: Usually you’d expect be given a useful summary of the hotel facilities within your room. Not this time. You’ll have to wander around to find out ‘restaurant’ opening times and any other relevant information. It’s good that they want you to be active – I suppose not knowing where things are on arrival, or what time they are open keeps things exciting. Do you normally see a kettle and some coffee/tea in your room? Well, this time’s different. Don’t look for a room phone to call reception as there isn’t one. Overall: The hotel’s trying to cut every possible corner to maximise its profit. Dirty rooms, with broken elements, no cleaning regime at all, the cheapest food ingredients possible, the bare minimum of free drinks (don’t forget you’re not having free water unless it’s in a small glass). If you adore 1970s school dinners this place is for you. However, the beach and sea are superb, and there are plenty of sun loungers available. I suspect that may be because people have decided not to fork over cash to stay in this hotel. I can see other reviews here have said the same as I have, though some reviewers love the hotel, which is ok – everyone has different standards and different expectations. Bizarre though, have they reviewed a different hotel?"

"STAY AWAY. ALL INCLUSIVE IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE.

Where do I start. Arrived after Restaurant had closed, little did we know this would be a blessing. Room was ok, the air conditioning worked, fridge worked, good sized double bed. We've been here for 10 nights now, 4 more to go. Food. Absolutely shocking. Same crap every day and night. Everything is far too salty. Kids food is horrendous, absolutely the worst I have ever seen. If you're expecting to be able to give a child a burger, chips, or maybe nuggets, then you will be disappointed. Deserts? It's just fruit. Occasionally some sort of cake. Woeful. I actually cannot describe how bad the food is. The door to the Restaurant has been broken since we got here so you have the SLAM it for it to stay closed. If you don't close it properly the staff get annoyed with you. Here's an idea, have it fixed? The snack bar is a farce. No drinks. Usually just Pasta and Sauce. I asked for bread one day and was told no. We paid over £3500 for 2 of us to be "All Inclusive".. Ha ha what a laugh that is. The ONLY drinks included in the "All Inclusive" are Red, Rose, White wine (all awful), local Beer on draught (passable), OUZO, and some cheap crap Brandy. Minerals are included. If you want Gin, Vodka, Whiskey, ANYTHING else, you will have to pay. Cocktails, €9! "All Inclusive" finishes at 10pm, after that you have to pay. If you ask for a beer you will get a plastic cup which holds less than a third of a pint, and even then, they'll not fill the cup to the top. Entertainment? Don't be fooled by the websites. We've been here 10 nights. On the second night there was a music quiz. In the following 8 nights we have seen the same Greek dancers twice, and a Clown. All the clown did was blow a whistle at children for an hour. That's it. There is no "Entertainer", There is no Pool activities. There is a dart board, hanging from a tree, which sways in the wind, but no darts. There is a Volleyball net on the beach, slap bang in the middle of all the sunbeds...what could go wrong?! There's a pool table, but again you'll have to pay. For Goodness sake they could even show the football properly. Both World Cup semi finals were ruined as the TV kept freezing and the amount of people that got up and left was frightening. Back to the room. On day 2 we quickly discovered the drainage in the shower was blocked. Bathroom turned into a Pool. No phone in the Room to inform reception. 5 minute walk, was told it would be fixed. Had to go back the next day again. Some man came and "fixed" it, but it wasn't fixed. Day 10, still flooding. The best was yet to come. 2 days ago, when adjusting the shower head, the whole shower fell onto the floor at my feet. The TV doesn't have any channels. The room is full of Ants, but we've been told all the rooms are like this. We've had to share a balcony with the room next door, no privacy at all. There are never any more than 2 bar staff on at a time. There are no waiters at the bar. There is only one member of staff who can make cocktails and he only works at night. He serves cocktails, and the other one serves Beer and Minerals. Be prepared for a long wait. Restaurant staff are friendly enough, but their service is lifting dirty plates only. Cleaning staff are not great. Towels changed only every second day. Sheets never put on, just left at the foot of the bed for you to do yourself. I had a glass of my own in the room, worth quite a bit and the cleaner took it, which may have been a mistake, fair enough. However, the attitude from Reception and from the cleaner in returning it to me was shocking. It was my property! Location wise, it's ok. The Beach is the highlight. It's a predominantly stony beach so you'll need water shoes. The pool is about 5m wide by 15m long and only 1.3m deep. There are only about 20 sunbeds around the pool, and they are very strict on only opening it at 10 and closing it at 6. The completely over officious lifeguard see's to that. The Ant problem is a huge huge issue here. They are literally absolutely everywhere. We've seen cockroaches and god knows what other creatures in every corner of this place. And the Locusts are deafening. For the price we paid for this "All Inclusive" holiday we were expecting a hell of a lot more. We've ended up having to spend a lot of money to eat decent food and to get a decent drink. As i said earlier, don't be fooled by the websites, this place is a rip off. We will absolutely never ever be back. Room 507."

"Not worth all inclusive

The hotel accommodation and facilities were good, and the location is convenient—close to Lindos Town, which I highly recommend visiting. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. There were very few options for children, so we had to eat out several times. The drinks were also poor, with very limited choices. Drinks are from 10am to 10pm. Mini fridge in the bedroom doesn’t get filled with water- you have to buy your own water bottles 😞 If I were to visit again, I wouldn’t choose the all-inclusive package, as I don’t think it’s worth the extra cost. The beach is rocky, so I definitely recommend bringing swimming shoes. Despite these drawbacks, my daughter and I still had a lovely time and enjoyed our holiday overall."

"Lovely quiet and clean little place, a gem.

Stayed here June 2026. It is a basic hotel but very clean. Our room was a little tired and the bathroom needs some attention but perfectly acceptable. Great aircon, cute little outside seating area. Same as all other places I stay, needs a full length mirror. Walls are a bit thin, could hear next door snoring but once earplugs are in all fine. Food - basic, and as a vegetarian extremely limited but that’s my usual experience and not limited to this hotel. Beach is fantastic. Pool area recently refurbished and fabulous. Location is great, quiet - if you want busy nightlife probably not for you. A 20 minute walk to outskirts of Pefkos but the bus stop is just next door so get the bus. Acces to water sports and boat trips right on the beach. Had a brilliant holiday. Hotel definitely caters mainly for Russians and Germans."

"So good place!!

Went with my family at the beginning of May, been there before many times, however this time the hotel was after renovation and it was very impressive how much effort and work they put in it. Met the staff whom been there for a while and they are happy with their work, so so nice people. Food was very nice and honestly how much you can eat in that temperature??!!...so every day you can try something different- from vegan to meat eater! The bartender was so good, they serve some free drinks and also cocktails for about 9euro in very very high standard. Very massive thank you to Willson, Yahya, Jack, Johnson and Saw. A+F=M"
